Setting a NativeSelect visible after hiding, breaks the component

Description

If a NativeSelect? is added to application as hidden and later on visibility is set to true for the component, then the select looks like a normal ComboBox/Select? until manually refreshing the page. According to Marc, this is a bug in layout.

This is not issue in trunk. And I assume only in some layouts in 5.2.x (like FlexTable? based IGridLayout). See #2204
