Resetting orderedlayout width on fly affects its components layout in some situations

Description

This is clearly a rendering bug in browser as the dom structures are identical. Resizing window removes the problem.

one more test case for layouts, found it from wrong milestone.

The test case does very different things in different browsers in current trunk. (write something on both fields, click button).

Seems to works consistently in all browsers after [5570]. Still the required icon is moved to the next line when the lower field is updated.
