Description
The tests depend on the exact version of Toolkit, so they should be maintained in the same tree.
The configuration file is a bit problematic, because it requires settings of the Testing Tools server and even personal settings. Such user-specific settings do not belong to Toolkit sources. On the other hand, different versions and branches can have different sets of tests, so such information should be stored along with the tests.
