Description

The goal here is to make core library so stable that we dare to declare it stable. We should fix at least all blockers and majors.

We decided to release the results as 5.1.1, but still keep the beta tag. Everyone was satisfied with the quality, but we shouldget more feedback before declaring this as stable.
