Client-side freezes with Modal window

Description

Repeat by opening Feature Browser 1. open subwindow 2. open modal window 3. resize modal window as small as possible (perhaps even tiny resize is enough) 4. close modal => client-side freezes, application does not interact with any mouse events in any way

(pushing "reload" helps)

Happens on trunk 3773 and TK 5.0.0.
