Support separate packaging of components

Description

This would enable us to distribute components and component sets in separate packages. This would allow us to use new business models:

  • Per component pricing/licencing models
  • Specialiced component packages for different application sectors
  • Online shop for selling component
  • Ability to provide enhancements and bugfixes for subscription support clients

More detailed features:

  • Package component class and source and theme code into single package
  • Possibility to distribute only compiled component vs. full source code
  • Bundle component into sets to form component packages
  • Possibility to "override" existing components (for bugfixes)
  • Package-based licencing must be possible
