This meta-milestone is a collection of potential basis for future RnD sprints sponsored by IT Mill. Anyone can enter the tickets to this milestone, but IT Mill (currently Joonas) will be the one setting priorities for them. Please note that anyone can implement any feature when they want to - outside this backlog. Just do it, create a ticket and send a patch. There is no need to wait for your wish to be implemented from this backlog.

Process for doing the tickets from this backlog

1. Product backlog ticket is entered by you - Description can be detailed or very sparse as long as it somehow communicates the idea on what is the goal of the sprint.
2. Initial requirements - Joonas selects ticket from backlog and tries to estimate what is the best set of requirements for the sprint. This might be in the form of slides or something else.
3. Agreed requirements - SCRUM team and Joonas agrees what is the actual target for the sprint in Sprint kickoff meeting. This is the meeting memo.
4. Sprint backlog - Set of tickets assigned to "Sprint # Backlog" milestone
5. In the Sprint ending meeting, Results are demoed, compared against the Agreed requirements as well as Sprint backlog. Finally Product backlog ticket is closed
6. Goto 1.
